Letting go and ending strong with some post-workout stretches! 💪🧘‍♀️ Start by lying on your back and extend your left leg flat on the floor. Lift your other leg straight up towards the sky, holding onto the thigh or ankle for support. Point and flex your toe to open up the foot and mobilize the ankle. Take it a step further by extending the bottom leg for a deeper stretch.
