Tobacco industry still targeting young people, says WHO

Tobacco companies still actively target young people via social media, festivals and new, flavored products, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Thursday (May 23), accusing companies of trying to hook a new generation on nicotine. Dr. Ruediger Krech, the WHO's Director of Health Promotion, said an estimated 37 million people between the ages of 13 and 15 are using tobacco globally.
