The Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller is compatible with PC, so if you play with a game pad on PC, this is one you should consider as well.

The Elite Series 2 and Elite Series 2 Core are the same controller. The only difference is the Elite Series 2 bundle includes a case, dock charger, paddles, and different thumbsticks and D-pad.

But you can always buy Paddles and D-Pads from Amazon, in any color you want.

The Elite Series 2 Controller feels like a premium controller. From it's rubberized grip, to the adjustable thumbsticks, to the feel of the buttons and triggers, it just feels better than a standard controller.

The Elite 2 Controller features removeable and adjustable thumbsticks, Left/Right trigger locks, swappable D-Pad, 4 slots for paddles (you don't have to use paddles) comfortable rubberized grip, built-in rechargeable battery, selectable Xbox Button light color, 3 built-in switchable profiles, and full customization of buttons, paddles, sticks, triggers, and more in the Xbox Accessories App.

The amount of customization is insane! But even without customizing anything (default) this controller feels better than a standard controller, or even the special edition controllers.

Not only can you customize the tension of the thumbsticks, you can change the response curve in the Xbox Accessories App (or just go to Settings, Devices and Connections, and Controllers and Headsets)

You have full control of button and paddle mapping. You could set a paddle to be a Jump button for example, so that way you don't have to take your thumb off the right stick in order to jump.

Create different profiles for different games, or different profiles for different modes of games (one profile for running, one profile for driving, etc..)

The possibilities are endless!

It really is an awesome controller, and it makes it hard to go back to using standard controllers.

The only CON I can think of, is there's no Capture Button. That button is replaced by the Profile button. But you can still take screenshots the old fashion way by pressing the Xbox Button and pressing Y, or you can program a button or paddle to be your screenshot button.

What I do if I know I'll be taking tons of screenshots, it just turn on a second standard controller and use the Capture Button on that.

But a better way would probably be programming a Profile just for taking screenshots. That way you can quickly switch to it, take your screenshot, and switch back.

The Elite 2 does cost about 2x - 3x more than a standard controller, but it's totally worth it.

You WILL become a BETTER PLAYER with the Elite Series 2 Controller, even if you leave everything on default, and don't even use paddles.

For me, the higher quality thumbsticks alone have made a huge difference.

Whether your playing Fortnite, or Call Of Duty, or Battlefield, or Yakuza 0,
the Elite Series 2 Controller will allow you to play your best.
