AI business requirements

AI isn't the first disruptive technology I worked with. My first time was replacing the mainframe with client-server tech. Then it was building stuff around the internet and webservers. Later on, it was overhauling systems to have them work with mobile and Big Data. AI is just the latest thing. It won't be the last.

You must focus and direct the conversation on how AI will work in your company. If you don't, folks involved will run out of steam, cut some corners, and build horrible systems. On top of that, more nebulous conversations burn people out, good people, who will then leave for your competition.
