After the Black Death decimated half the population, Peasants and Common Workers were in demand. For the first time the Serfs and Yoemen were able to demand higher wages. Forcing the Rich Elite to have to bargain and negotiate labor.

The Peasants were eating far better. And they were dressing up in far better clothes as well. The Nobles thought the Peasants were getting way too uppity.

EVEN FAR WORSE. IT WAS MADE ILLEGAL TO NEGOTIATE BETTER WAGES.
