Donald Trump will not testify in his historic criminaltrial, after his defence team rested their case on Tuesday.
It will be up to his lawyers to speak for him instead asthey deliver closing statements next week.
Meanwhile the Trump campaign has deleted a videoposted to the former president's Truth Social account,which referenced a "unified Reich", with a spokeswoman saying it was posted by a junior staff member.
The 30-second clip outlined a vision of the US underMr Trump through stylised headlines, one of whichused a term now often associated with Nazi Germany.
