Kansas City grants funding to American Jazz Museum, contingent on several conditions

Kansas City has agreed to give the American Jazz Museum the $730,000 it requested, but on several conditions. The city usually gives the museum $500,000 on an annual basis. This comes after a year filled with debt and bounced checks from the museum. The current director announced she will be stepping down.
