Head is heaven, heel is hell. If life is driven by power, food, and lust, it's hell. We have three brains: the gut, heart, and brain, which form the temple of the Holy Spirit, the temple of God. God is consciousness. Operating from the gut means living in hell; life should be directed by the heart and head. Matthew 6:10 says, "your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." The heart and brain are connected; thoughts in the brain produce emotions in the heart. What happens in heaven happens on earth. The heart (earth) symbolizes division with two heels (hell), while the head represents oneness (heaven). The Baphomet symbolizes division: male and female, up and down. Matthew 18:9 states it's better to enter life with one eye than two and be thrown into hell. Balance the brain's hemispheres, the seven energetic vortexes along the spine, and our spiritual and physical beings. The kingdom of God is within us; look inward, not outward (Luke 17:21).
