Traditional African Medicine

Using traditional plants and indigenous herbs for natural medicine has a long history in Africa and in some remote parts it has remained unchanged for centuries, even though the introduction of modern medicines from the western world has been widely accepted. Traditional African medicine and conventional medicine are now working side-by-side for the mutual benefit of everyone.
