Storm Shield Forecast morning update 4/25/18

Expect a high of 91 in Bakersfield this afternoon with air quality that remains on the high end of the moderate range. The Kern River Valley tops out in the mid-80s with the upper 70s again in the south mountains today. We'll have some high, thin passing clouds at mid-day but plenty of sunshine to keep our temperatures about 15 degrees above average for another afternoon.
