Cover up. Piled high and deep. MN Attorney General Office. Pandemic Era Fraud.

I am appealing the determination made by the Minnesota Attorney General's Office (AGO) on May 21, 2024, regarding the accuracy and completeness of data held by the Office.

Specifically, I challenge the accuracy and completeness of statements made in letters from Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Erin Conti dated February 28, 2024, and March 10, 2024, as well as the AGO's data practices team's letters dated May 21, 2024, and the AG data practice team's amended letter dated March 10, 2024:

The AGO responsive authority claims without providing the
“naked or “appeared naked” two hour video that all 5 data points they have written to be accurate and complete;

‘As well as a video in which the letter states you appear "sitting naked at a computer desk"’

“It was later determined that while you appeared to be sitting naked at a computer desk, at about the 1:21:36 time marker it becomes apparent that you are wearing shorts or underwear.”

“In that letter I stated that you sent a video to our office in which you were "sitting naked at a computer desk."”

“Instead, you appeared to be sitting naked at a computer desk. At about 1:21:36, you stand up and it becomes apparent that you were wearing shorts or underwear.”

“You also sent a video to our Office that included you sitting naked at a computer desk.”

However, without viewing that video it is logically impossible to know if I am naked, appearing naked, was wearing shorts or was wearing underwear at the one hour twenty one minute and thirty six second mark.

I specifically asked the AGO for that specific video and was not provided it, nor was I provided an explanation of why the “naked” or “appeared naked” video was not provided to me as a part of my 5/7/2024 MGDPA data request.

Does it exist?

As a part of my 11/22/2022 and 12/10/2022 physical complaint sent by USPS to AAG Erin Conti of the Charities Division of the Attorney General’s office I submitted two two hour videos on two flash drives titled:

MAPE complaint. Collusion. Conspiracy. Fraud cover up. see 2019 millions of dollars purchasing violations re DEED DHS Sexual defamation. Inadequate representation. Cummins and Cummins Esq. Carla Kjellberg esq

1 The Sexual Defamation of Whistle-blowing Accused Active Shooter. Steve Mark Benson. Union MAPE. Fraud cover up 17 million. Collusion with DEED MMB OLA OLPR

Despite my clear 5/7/2024 MGDPA data request to the AGO for the video in question, it was not provided in the responsive data on 5/21/2024.

The video in question, which I am seeking, is one of two videos wherein I stand up at the 1 hour 21 minute 36 second mark, wearing a rubber duck mask as I exposed corruption and collusion during a recorded ZOOM meeting with the board of directors of the union MAPE concerning them and multiple state agencies.

The 37 videos the AGO provided in the MGDPA responsive data on 5/21/2924 were found as attachments to the 31 emails sent to AAG Erin Conti of the AGO.

The AGO refers to 31 emails in their 5/21/2024 letter.

The 37 videos are in effect a documentary video series outlining state agency attorneys and the union MAPE covering up fraud during the pandemic.

I have compiled them alphabetically into one video and have titled the video:  Attorney General Pandemic Era Fraud Cover Up Videos the AGO sent these to me on 5 21 2024. - Made with Clipchamp.

I have linked the video here:

The (2) two hour videos sent to the AGO charities division as a part of a complaint on 11/22/2024 and 12/10/2024 are a part of that documentary video series outlying corruption, collusion and fraud cover ups during the pandemic and FEEDING OUR FUTURE fraud scheme in state agencies by state agency leaders, attorneys and union leaders and lawyers.

The Attorney General's office has made repeated references to my apparent state of dress, which is irrelevant to the matter at hand.

I urged the Attorney General's office to focus on the actual issues of corruption, collusion, and fraud cover-ups that I have exposed in the two hour videos and 37 “mini-sodes” and instead they resorted to logical fallacies and naked distractions.

I request that ADM requires the Attorney General's office to provide the videos about collusion, corruption and fraud cover up during the pandemic as requested, and cease making misleading and inaccurate statements of my sexualness and/or nakedness."

Though I am guessing Minnesota Department of Administration Commissioner Tamar Gronvall will add another crazy twist to their naked position.

Thank you.
