I’ve exposed the Coventry City Council’s lack of any substantive case against me, having cited zero safety concerns or criticisms regarding my capacity to parent. I’ve exposed how this deeply corrupt Local Authority misled and outright lied repeatedly throughout.

But what I haven’t shared is how EXACTLY Justice Lieven of the British High Court brazenly sabotaged my case during pre-trial hearings, stacking the deck against the father.

Until now.

The foster carer, Jane Ballinger, the only person who appeared genuinely invested in the safety and well-being of my son and had the most interaction with myself (his father) being that she facilitated remote visits for over a year, was obviously a very important witness.

Justice Lieven blocked her from testifying. Why?

Because she was on my side, credible, and agreed that Barrister Ruth Kirby and and Justice Lieven committed child abuse by re-exposing my son to his abusive and homicidal mother, which predictably resulted in a violent abduction attempt. The last thing Kirby/Lieven wanted was for their negligence to be further affirmed by the foster carer.

Then the maternal Aunt, who sought to take custody of my son after his mother was finally ruled out, despite numerous safety concerns that were raised, was shielded entirely from cross-examination. Since when can only one side be cross-examined in any legitimate court of law?

So Justice Nathalie Lieven and the Coventry City Council not only blocked my key witness, but prevented the alternative placement being considered, the maternal Aunt, from being scrutinized in any meaningful way.

The board was set.

Coventry then unleashed the hounds, cross-examining me for over twenty hours with relentless, petty, and unfounded assaults on my character stemming solely from the mother's unsubstantiated accusations. And the rest is history.

One of my UK solicitors, Gil Noury, revealingly admitted that “legal arguments aren’t the key to the Local Authority’s heart”. Well if legal arguments mean nothing then what kind of f'n court was this?? Not a legitimate one, that's for certain.

My American son has been kept under an interim Care order since July 2021. The Coventry City Council refuses to speak to me, refuses to speak to my lawyers, and even refuses to speak to the U.S. Embassy. I have been denied any contact with my son since October 2023 despite zero safety concerns. This is textbook child abuse.

I demand that the U.S. Government intervene, that my son be promptly returned to his father, and that Justice Lieven, applicable barristers, social workers, and anyone else complicit in this child-trafficking operation be removed from their positions effective immediately. This is a bare minimum expectation. A further criminal investigation is warranted and a lawsuit will be filed once I find a UK solicitor with the guts to go for the jugular.

So for anyone wondering, THIS is how the United Kingdom treats the left-behind parent of an internationally-abducted American child. It never stops being surreal. The Coventry City Council has threatened to press charges against me, hoping to scare me into silence. But as an American 15,000 miles outside their jurisdiction, that ain't happening.

I will only get louder until our voices have finally been heard and justice has been delivered. Until then, I will continue to expose the Coventry City Council, Justice Lieven of the British High Court, and anyone else complicit in this ongoing cruelty. And yes, I still have a valid sole custody order since August 2021. Coventry is aware of it but treats it as if it were toilet paper. This is pure insanity.
