What's Been Your Greatest Challenge As A County Commissioner?

Commissioner Guerin grew up in the DC area and is the son of an immigrant.  He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received his Master's in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.  He is a veteran and a former candidate for the MD House of delegates, and also served one term as a member of the Carroll County Republican Central Committee.  He's been married to his wife Kristine for 28 years, has three kids, and now serves as a Carroll County Maryland Commissioner representing District 4.
