Bud Cummins raises concerns with the militarization of domestic law enforcement

Arkansas attorney Bud Cummins, who represents the family of Brian Malinowski who was killed by ATF agents during a raid on his home, says law enforcement had “a thousand options that would be safer than what they did.” “If it's ok what they did to Brian Malinowski, we should all go to bed shivering every night out of fear of our own government,” he says. “And that’s not, that’s not the way the system’s designed.”
