Ingredients:
2 potatoes.
Grate on a fine grater.
Add salt, pepper, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons flour.
Fry the legs until golden brown.
Grate 150 g of hard cheese.
Sprinkle potato cake with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
