Faithfully Entering the Promised Rest (Live Service 2024 May 20)

The seventh day, the Sabbath, is a day of rest, for it is the seventh day of creation when God rested. God completed His work. The seventh day is set apart as a day to rest in the week from six days of labor. Jesus dove far deeper into the Sabbath Rest when He said He is the Sabbath's Lord. He said that the Sabbath was created for man, not man for the Sabbath. There is a much deeper revelation in the Lord's words. He was revealing that the true Sabbath was the promised rest of eternal life when the work of this life concludes. He is the Lord of Life.
But like the Hebrews in the wilderness for 40 years, Christians are on the journey from our liberation from sin to the promised rest of eternal life. During this journey, we are faced with many challenges. Though we are free, do we maintain Egypt in our hearts, leading to unbelief? Or do we long for the promised land, following the Holy Spirit on the journey?
Join us as we discuss these important spiritual truths that will help bring eternity into focus. We are all on a journey during our lives, and where that journey ends is up to each of us individually.
