ingredients:
Beef - 3 kg
Lard - 150 g

These proportions per 1 jar:
Salt - 0.5 teaspoons (slightly more)
Peppercorns - 5 pieces
Bay leaf - 1 piece

Cans - 6 pieces

Salt - 1 pack (for filling in a baking tray)

preparation:
1. Cut the meat into pieces
2. Soak in water for 40 minutes
3. Transfer to a colander so that the water runs off for 20 minutes
4. Put it in jars
5. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf and put lard on top
6. Cover with foil

Put salt on a baking sheet, put jars on top
In the cold!!! oven at 180 degrees
As the boiling begins in the jars, we reduce the oven to 120 degrees for 3-3.5 hours

Next, boil the lids for 3 minutes and twist the jars
There is no need to turn over the cans!
Leave at room temperature until cool
Next, in the refrigerator or in a cool place
And the delicious stew is ready!
