🌿How do I take a frame to the highest quality possible?

First of all, the right lighting is essential. There are two special times to shoot:

☀️Golden Hour: This is when the light is soft, warm and golden.

🏙Blue Hour: After the sunset, the sun leaves a deep blue color, and you might still see a couple gold and warm tones here and there.

This picture was taken during regular daylight: The reason it works in my opinion is because the look development and color-grading can still make it look appealing! These are just suggestions, if you manage to make something look good in different lighting compared to what you hear are the "rules" to making something cinematic, then break them! At the end of the day, if it is intriguing, then you have achieved your goal :)
