DESCRIPTION:

On Wednesday, November 09th, 2011, Mississippi voters will be asked to decide whether to define a fertilized human egg as a legal person. Why advocates on both sides of the abortion issue warn that the measure, if passed, could have far-reaching consequences.

In the interview, Walter Hoye is representing Personhood USA in Mississippi and promoting Mississippi's Personhood Initiative 26.

THE VOTENOON26MS YOUTUBE VIDEO'S ONLY COMMENT:

"The majority usage of the word conception refers explicitly to the moment of fertilization. The word you are replacing with conception is implantation. The statistic of how many fertilized eggs make it to conception is irrelevant. If I kill someone, can I make an argument by stating that millions of people die naturally every day? If a fetus is not a person, when does it become a person? Please provide your reasoning for your statement. Does age, location, reliance on others determine personhood."
