COCONUT PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ingredients

1.5 Cups of sweetened shredded coconut
1.5 Cups of plain flour
1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1/2 Cup of softened butter
1 Cup of sugar
3 Eggs
1 Cup of sour cream
500 Grams of pineapple chunks
