SOUTHERN MACARONI PIE
3/4 cup macaroni, cooked and drained
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 stick margarine
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
seasonings of your choice

Add the margarine to the cooked macaroni so it melts
Beat the eggs, add the milk and beat a little more
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into a prepared casserole dish
Bake on 350 until set - about 30-40 minutes
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
