How Far Apart Are MLB Teams from Their Minor League Affiliates? Exploring the Distances

Since it's #mlb baseball season I decided to do some research into the various mileage regarding cities between Single A, High A, AA, AAA and MLB teams. This doesn't include the rookie league as pretty much every team plays in Arizona or some other fixed location. All 30 mlb teams are included as is all their affiliates in those various A, AA, AAA leagues. I thought this could be fun for a few reasons, people can learn about all the various #milb teams while people who are playing #mlbtheshow24 could see just how far their career player is travelling as they get called up.
