Life is about ovecoming challenges. But everybody is made differently with a different circumstances, events, family, traumas, etcetera. In other words, everybody handles their problems differently. Some people's method of dealign with problems is by NOT dealing with them. It seems in the world we live now there is a severe lack of communication and basic respect.

How does a person heal from their own problems?
