SHINWARI CHICKEN KARAHI (Dhabba style)

INGREDIENTS:
800 gms Chicken
5-6 medium tomatoes (each one cut into 4 parts)
8 small green chillies chopped(adjust accordingly)
1n 1/2 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 n 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 n 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
3/4th cup oil
Ginger for garnish
⁃ In a wok, add oil, put chicken and gingergarlic paste,
saute at medium heat till starts changing color,add half of
the green chillies, saute till aromatic
Add all the spices, except black pepper and garam
masala. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes
⁃ then add tomatoes,remaining green chillies,cover and
cook till tomatoes are soft(takes approx 10-15 mins).
⁃ Uncover,Remove & discard tomatoe peel. Cook at
medium flame till oil separates
⁃ Now add black pepper and garam masala. Cook for 5
more minutes . And its done. Garnish with ginger and
devour with Naan.
