"Vue Cinemas Ident History (featuring Warner-Village Cinemas)" - Made By Hurford2000s Productions on 6/7/2024.

Vue International is a multinational cinema holding company based in London, England. It operates in the United Kingdom and Ireland as Vue, with international operations in Denmark and Germany (as CinemaxX); Italy (as The Space Cinema); Poland and Lithuania (Multikino); Netherlands (Vue Netherlands); Taiwan (SBC Cinemas). The name Vue was established in May 2003, and prior to that they were known as SBC (Spean Bridge Cinemas) when they were founded by Stewart Blair in 1999. Warner Village Cinemas, a joint venture between Warner Bros. International Theatres and Village Roadshow Australia, was established in November 1996 to serve cinemas in the United Kingdom and several European countries (e.g. Spain and Portugal - Warner Lusomundo Cinemas). This cinema chain was bought by SBC International Cinemas in May 2003, and by March 2004 most of the Warner-Village cinema chains in the UK were rebranded to Vue Cinemas.
There are flashing images in one of the Vue idents at the 8minutes mark; a disclaimer is noted at the aforementioned timestamp of the video, so if any viewers have epilepsy remember to skip to 8:04. My next video will be a logo history of Time Life, then Discovery Channel, and then a video called "Heron Communications Logo Compilation", and after that, I will give the logo scripting talk topic a rest rather than burn myself out.
