Married couple identified as victims in Westfield crash

wo people killed last week in a crash in Westfield have been identified.  The two-vehicle crash happened at about 9 a.m., near the intersection of State Road 32 and Joliet Road. When officers arrived to the scene, they found a Buick sedan and a Chevrolet SUV that had been involved in a head-on collision. Four people were involved in the crash, two from each vehicle. Two adults in one vehicle died at the scene. Westfield police have identified them as husband and wife, Theodore Scherer Jr., 61, and Rhonda Scherer, 51, of Indianapolis.
