Raw Chocolate Brownies Recipe:
Brownie:
-100g dark chocolate,
-80g butter,
-2 eggs,
-50g granulated sugar,
-50g yellow sand sugar,
-3g vanilla extract,
-2g sea salt,
-50g low-gluten flour,
-10g cocoa powder,
-2g instant coffee powder,
-70g nuts.
Raw chocolate:
-130g dark chocolate,
-30g milk chocolate,
-130g light cream,
-50g butter,
-15g rum.
Practice:
1. Melt black chocolate and butter over a double boiler and set aside.
2. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and sea salt until fluffy and whitish
3. Sift the flour, add nuts and mix well
4. Air fryer at 160 degrees for 25 minutes, bake and let cool
5. Melt black chocolate and milk chocolate over a double boiler.
6. Heat the whip
