Arugula. Quite a rocket!

Organic and fresh Rucola. An annual super green of the brassica family (kale, broccoli, cauliflower…). This scent leaf is a rocket! It can be enjoyed in salads and on its own, tangy as well as slightly tart and spicy; this dark leafy green can be easily grown when temperatures are cool but quite heat tolerant too. The leaves are deeply lobbed and reach up to 3-6 inches long. They’re grown all year round in warmer climates. From seed to plant takes about 40 days this requires part sunny to sunny spots, at least 6 hours of full sun in the garden with well draining soil.
