Qibao, Minhang District of Shanghai in 2017 vs. 2023

This was filmed from my balcony. In the 6 years in between, there's been a TON of development in this area. I left Shanghai in 2018, but couldn't get back for a few years due to the coof. When I finally got back, the change in the area was surreal.
