Setup
After wrapping up all other achievements or trophies, start a new server on Brutal difficulty with the following settings to speed up defeating the Brutal versions of the main V Bloods. Make sure you remember to craft max level gems for your chosen skills.
- Disable Teleport Bound Items
- Lower Day Time Length
- Drop Durability Loss Multiplier
- Max out Health/Physical/Spell Power Multiplier
- Lower Build/Crafting/Refinement Cost Multiplier
- Raise Crafting/Refinement Rates
- Max out all Starting Equipment/Resources/Level

Gear
- Level 30 Pistol
- Dracula’s Dead Set, Dracula’s Shadow Set (kill Solarus & Adam to get more pieces), or mix
- Phantom’s Veil
- Soul Shard of the Monster
- 100% Blood Merlots
- Blood Rose Potions

Spells
- Veil of Chaos (Chaos)
- Power Surge (Chaos)
- Ball Lightning (Storm)

Buffs
- Vampiric Brew
- Witch Potion
- Potion of Rage
- Fire Resistance Brew

Make sure you craft the Blood Key and have a full set of consumables buffs active before challenging Dracula, The Immortal King. This fight is difficult and is significantly easier in a group, but it can be completed solo with practice. It’s recommended you use a level 30 ranged weapon, preferably the pistols for this fight. If you’re lucky, you can craft a legendary version of the pistols for bonus stats.

Phase 1
Avoiding standing near Dracula as much as possible. He will periodically grab you and drain half your blood supply, so use ranged attacks.

When Dracula conjures a large ring of blood and starts shooting blood projectiles, stay near him and move counter-clockwise to avoid the projectiles. Do not touch the ring or you will get stunned and pulled in. Once the ring of blood gets close enough, it will dissipate, leaving you a few seconds to get out of the area of effect and avoid massive damage.

If you see Dracula turn into a wolf, he will dart directly toward you, change back into his primary for, and attack at close range. Try hitting him while he charges, then be ready to dodge out of the way when he is close. When the room darkens, he will summon bats that will fly at you after telegraphing their path. Either avoid them entirely, or try killing them to refill some lost blood.

Phase 2
Once Dracula is close to half health, he will move into the next phase. In the 2nd phase, Dracula will move to the center of the room and float in the air. Shortly after landing he will summon a large blood gem. As these gems spawn, hurry to their locations and burn them down. If you don’t, the arena will get swarmed and become impossible to navigate. If the barrier is already up, use your dash/veil ability to move through the barrier without taking damage.

Occasionally, Dracula will move to the center of the room and place a large sigil on the floor. When you see this, move to the outer edge of the arena. Dracula will start firing blood projectiles at you, so keep moving to avoid getting hit. Wait until all projectiles have ceased before moving close to Dracula.

Phase 3
Once Dracula’s life bar drops, he will summon minions to come and heal him. You must kills all the minions before they reach Dracula to keep his life from fully recovering. The last spawn will be the Heart of Dracula. Stand between the heart and Dracula while attacking it, then extract blood from it when its health bar is low enough. This will heal you and prep you for the final phase.

When Dracula gets back up, unleash everything you have while avoiding as many of the telegraphed attacks as you can. The longer this phase takes, the more damage you will take, so burn him down quickly. If you successfully kept Dracula from healing, you should be able to finish him off and get the hardest achievement in the game.
