Here I share my most delicious and simple recipes for cakes, pies and desserts. Recipe 1:
200g biscuits.
90g butter.
Approximately 20 cm tall mold.
1 egg.
1 egg yolk.
60g sugar.
15 g corn starch.
300 ml milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
400 g peaches in syrup.
30g sugar.
1 teaspoon agar-agar (5 g).
Bring to the boil for 2 minutes.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

half lemon juice.

In the oven for 6-8 minutes at 180 degrees.

220 grams of butter.
Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
700 grams of Greek yogurt.
180 grams of sugar.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
50 grams of corn starch.
2 eggs.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Shape 18 cm.
Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Recipe 4:
120 grams of nuts.
We roast the crushed nuts.
5 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
A pinch of salt.
Gradually add 150 grams of sugar.
Add 5 egg yolks.
30 ml vegetable oil.
150 grams of flour and 10 grams of baking powder.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 grams for 30-35 minutes.
200 grams of butter.
150 grams of yoghurt.
300 grams of sweet milk.
Moisten with milk.
100 grams of ground hazelnuts.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
