Living In Joy!

The feeling of joy does not have to be a fleeting experience based upon the far and in between moments that inspire it from external factors. We are beings of frequency! We can choose to move our selves into the vibrational state that we desire to be in. The following is an entry level way of how to move into joy.⬇️

If you find it challenging to automatically pop oneself into joy, use this simple exercise for 3 simple steps to begin the process to finding your joy.⬇️😄⬇️

1). Bring to mind an experience from your past that made you feel joyful. This will help you find a reference point for joy to adhere to.

2). Relive the joyful moment, allowing yourself to lean deeply into the feeling that the memory is triggering - this action is basically the use of our will to consciously move into vibrational resonance.

3). Continue to hold the pitch! Hold onto the feeling of the joy you referenced from your memory for as long as you can. We encourage to attempt to hold it for 60 seconds.

4). ✨Bonus✨ Repeat steps 2 & 3 two more times for a total of 3 rounds to start building the neural pathways and increasing your frequency bandwidth through the habitual action of reliving the feeling.

This simple exercise is a great way to explore how we as humans have the capacity to internally trigger or bring forth a frequency that may not be prominent in our experience but available through past reference.

If you continue to work the muscle of your mental and emotional body, you will be able to pop yourself into joy on command due to the familiarity of the vibrational space. This concludes our frequency work out!✨💪🏽
