Excessive use of force, Emilio Graveran, Palm Beach Sheriff's Office arrive at residence at 11pm, Labor Day weekend, with 6 x officers, including a K9, an EMS already waiting around the corner for their call, proceed to force the parents of the victim, not move from the front porch, as they drag their ALREADY handcuffed son, in the middle of their family safe neighborhood street, and proceed to shoot 4 x tasers into the back of the victim, ALREADY HANDCUFFED, as he splits his head on the concrete, profusely bleeding and concussed, never providing any family members with justification or reason for these brutal actions. Meanwhile taking pictures with their personal phones and charging the victim with resisting arrest WITHOUT violence!
