Israel launches investigation into soldiers killed by 'friendly fire'

The Israeli military says five of its soldiers have

been killed and seven injured in a friendly fire

incident in Jabalia.

But Hamas has released a video saying 12 Israeli soldiers died.

It's the single biggest loss for the Israeli military since a renewed ground offensive in northern Gaza.
