Mossberg International Silver Reserve 12ga O/U Shotgun review. This is one of the early Silver Reserve models (probably around 20 years old) with walnut stock and forend sporting engraved doves taking flight on its silver receiver. For the most part, Mossberg has been best known for its production of pump-action and auto-loading shotguns. But in the early 2000s Mossberg, in partnership with the Turkish gun maker Kayhan Art S.S., Mossberg began to offer a field-grade over/under shotgun for about $500, the International Silver Reserve. Initial skepticism was dispelled as the Mossberg International Silver reserve O/U quickly earned a pretty good reputation as a respectable value priced entry-level over/under. Includes detailed demonstration of disassembly and reassembly.
