BMI Ratings to REALLY Shake Things Up and SCARE the FATTIES Into Shape!

The Body Mass Index is an imperfect tool for health professionals, but it's a damn good place to start. If you are an athlete or exercise enthusiast, chances are you trend higher on the BMI spectrum. For the general public, if you are in the 20's on the chart, that means you are carrying a bit of extra weight. If you lift 4-5 times a week, you could easily be in that category. Not all mass is created equally. But let's be honest, think of the average person and ask yourself if they are exercising regularly.

The exceptions don't disprove the rule, but changes to the system need to be considered, like they are in the UK for older people!
