The importance of speaking from the first person ("I") in spiritual conversations. They emphasize the need to share personal experiences and perspectives for one's own insights from Spirit. It avoids assuming others have the same experiences and interpretations.

Speaking from the first person allows for a more genuine and relatable connection with others. It is less "preachy." They also discuss the how not to over intellectualize new spiritual concepts. The conversation concludes with a reminder to incorporate speaking from the first person in daily interactions to genuinely connect with yourself as well as others.
