How many dead kids were accidently given a RSV Vax in VAERS?

This peer reviewed paper in Pediatrics by Dr. Pedro Moro of the CDC said 30 babies mistakenly vaccinated with RSV shots, but with no deaths occurring and only 1 or 2 serious side effects as per VAERS. This is a untrue assertion made by Pedro and team. There is actually at least 2 DEAD KIDS because they were accidently given a RSV shot.
