The Spiritual Path - The Four Seasons and the Hours - Spring

The most common way that the spiritual path is described is by using a 24 hour clock, which has both the seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and hours marked. But Spring has especial significance symbolically because it describes two possible states: the final stage for a person who has reached the end of the Spiritual Path, or the first stage of life of a person who has been reincarnated. For the reincarnated person, Spring describes the time when a person is a "student". During this time the young person learns morals, ethics and any knowledge they need to live a normal life. They also learn how to be open to spiritual help. If a person is called onto the Spiritual Path they follow the Three Degrees
- Judgement
- Rebirth
- Purification
If they do not manage to complete these stages satisfactorily they continue to reincarnate – go back to the wheel of life . But if they manage to complete all of these stages they get to the process which is symbolically called "Dawn". And after Dawn they do not die, to reincarnate and be born as a baby. They enter a Spring like period, a time of joy, bliss, peace and innocence. As such this is the only Season which is used to describe two states:
- the innocence and openness of a child;
- the innocence and openness of a person who has been able to complete the spiritual path.
