Marti leverages our eggs to provide protein-rich, low-carbohydrate meals that excite and nourish. French toast is a classic breakfast that works well as a fancy dinner. Adding your favorite jam or syrup does add a few carbs, but there are almost none in the French toast, so we can have our jam and eat it, too. While this is more sugar than we typically like in a single meal, it is a treat that helps keep a Keto diet interesting.
