Former officers: Did Kyle Plush investigators look hard enough?

We talked with a pair of retired police officers about the recently released body camera footage in the Kyle Plush investigation. Although he made two calls to 911, Plush suffocated to death in his van without receiving any help from authorities; the officers sent to investigate the calls never got out of their own car to look for him.
