**This is a Missable Achievement **
Very early on in the story you will be told to go to Cartman's backyard. Upon arriving, you are prompt to enter your name. You can put anything here, it doesn't matter. Cartman will then ask if you put in Douchebag. Just select "yes" each time he asks. After that, the achievement will unlock.
