Stay Down achievement: You farted on 10 enemies in the world that were knocked out

After every fight you have your enemy will be on the ground knocked out. While they are like this you can also loot them. Instead you must fart on them. This must be done on 10 different enemies that are knocked out, so it's a bit different from the other fart achievements in which you can just grind on one person.
