Slingshot: Efficient reloading aka Speed shooting

In this video I a trying to learn how to palm ammo and then efficiently reload the pouch. Its faster than I normally shoot but painfully slow. I'm using Omega 1636 tubes and 9.5mm clay on a jackrabbit frame by bigdh2000.
