Sarge opens the show by playing part of Dr Wallach's "Dial M.D. for Murder" lecture to show his study that shows a diet rich in fats, proteins and nutrition produces the longest lived animals and people. He then goes on to play a video of an interview of Dr. Al Danenberg by the Steak and Butter Gal regarding how he used the carnivore diet to extend his live several years beyond the 3-6 months given by his M.D. when he was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma.
