Civil Lawsuits Are Trust Actions - You Are Not the Defendant

Are you being sued by a bank, credit card company, or other corporation?

Receiving a summons for a civil claim can provoke anxiety, and that's by design - they want to put you in fear.

Would you be surprised to learn that you are not the defendant?

That's because all civil suits are trust actions where the defendant is the Social Security Cestui que trust -- your name in ALL CAPS.

You can see this clearly on the summons from the court.

And since you are the beneficiary of the trust, you are not a party to the action.

Also, lawsuits are between private individuals and not corporations.

So, what you've received is an offer to enter into a commercial contract and give up certain rights and property as a result.

How should you handle this?

By conditionally accepting their offer, and setting the terms of acceptance.

I explain this in detail in my free live workshops on Zoom. See below for information and how to enroll.
