X8.7 Solar Flare (Largest of Cycle 25) +M4.4 & X3

X8.7, M4.4, X3 solar flares in the last 24 hours leaving us in a heightened X-ray radiation period of consistent M class level. The approaching sunspot is very active already and we are not getting a break from the radiation of solar cycle 25. Be sure to play outside daily to stay adapted to the new sunshine. I walked in 100 degree weather yesterday by a small airport waiting for our rv to be repaired. We've been making an effort to wander outside at a new park or neighborhood every day to keep our neurochemicals balanced. I play Pokemon Go to add fun and Jayse @cosmic0rigins rides his OneWheel. Even letting strangers try it out whenever they ask. Gridworking is about showing up and being available so go where you feel you should go today, trust it'll hold something of value for everyone. Make it a game, and the birds will help out.
