RECIPE for rose buns.

300 ml warm milk.
40g sugar.
5 g dry yeast.

1 egg white.
1 chicken egg.
30g melted butter.

50 ml vegetable oil.
5g salt.

Sift 600 g flour.

Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
