I’m a big fan of coffee and enjoy drinking it, but too much is definitely too much. One or two cups is just right for me. The amount of caffeine you can handle really depends on your body type. Some people opt for decaf coffee, but personally, I don’t enjoy it. When I’m drinking coffee at home, I usually add superfoods and herbs to make it an upgraded version. However, when I’m out and about at coffee shops, I enjoy it just by itself. I’ve heard that most Americans get the majority of their antioxidants from coffee. cheers!
