Tired of frequent sore throats?
Pour boiling water over the onion husks, strain and use them for gargling.
Runny nose (allergic and cold)?
Pour 4 tbsp of chopped onion husks into boiling water and breathe over the steam for 3-5 minutes.
Cough?
Pour 2 tbsp of onion husks into 2 cups of water, boil for 15 minutes, strain. Drink 1/4 cup warm three times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Do you have kidney and bladder problems?
Brew 3 tsp. of chopped onion husk with 2 cups of boiling water and let it brew for 30 minutes. For acute cystitis, 50 ml twice a day for 3-5 days. For chronic cystitis - 2 tbsp 3-4 times a day for 10 days.
